mpo08 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the mpo08 website accessible at mpo08.one, including all sub-pages, applications, and services offered thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers an account with mpo08 or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the unique, personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total Rupiah (IDR) funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and credited bonuses, less any withdrawals or wagers.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account by mpo08 subject to bonus terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via a supported payment channel, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer table, lottery product, or other wagering activity available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds (or a bonus amount) must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mpo08 may require Players to complete.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for mpo08 operational purposes.

To open and maintain an mpo08 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. The mpo08 platform is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 21, regardless of local legal provisions that may set a lower age threshold.
2. You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
3. You are the sole and authorised owner of the payment method(s) you use to fund your mpo08 Account.
4. You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by mpo08 or any other gambling operator to which you have voluntarily applied.
5. You are not accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of using mpo08 in your jurisdiction before registering.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of mpo08 or any of its affiliated service providers, game studios, or payment processors.

Registration of an mpo08 Account is subject to the following conditions:

1. One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the mpo08 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mpo08 will suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein if duplication is detected.
2. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number — must be truthful, accurate, and kept current. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mpo08 shall bear no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials. You must notify mpo08 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
4. Account Verification (KYC): mpo08 may require Players to complete identity verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
5. Non-Transferability: mpo08 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account, your credentials, or any funds held therein to any third party.

mpo08 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All supported payment channels are listed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

1. Supported Deposit Methods: DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and BSI. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel as displayed in the Cashier.
2. Deposit Processing: E-wallet deposits (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed in real time. Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and BSI are typically credited within one to five minutes. Deposits that fail to credit within 30 minutes should be reported to mpo08 support with proof of transaction.
3. Own Payment Methods Only: You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
4. Withdrawal Eligibility: To submit a withdrawal, your Account must be verified (KYC completed), and your current wagering activity must not include any active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements that would restrict cash-out. Withdrawal requests are assessed and approved by the mpo08 Finance team during operating hours.
5. Withdrawal Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals to DANA or OVO typically complete within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga typically complete within 15 to 90 minutes of approval. mpo08 reserves the right to extend these timelines during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing enhanced review.
6. Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will, where operationally feasible, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. mpo08 reserves the right to require this as an anti-money-laundering (AML) control measure.
7. No Chargeback Policy: By depositing on mpo08, you acknowledge that all transactions are final once the funds have been credited to your Account and wagered. Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to mpo08 transactions may result in immediate Account suspension and civil recovery action.

mpo08 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

1. One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise (e.g., recurring weekly reload offers).
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified on the promotion page. Until wagering requirements are met in full, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
3. Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Typically: slots contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10–20%; sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are published on the respective promotion page.
4. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated completion window will result in the Bonus Funds (and any winnings derived solely from those funds) being voided.
5. Abuse and Fraud: mpo08 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering patterns, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or staking on opposite outcomes to guarantee a risk-free outcome.
6. mpo08 Discretion: mpo08 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. mpo08 also reserves the right to refuse any Player's participation in a specific promotion at its sole discretion.

All Games available on the mpo08 Platform are subject to the following rules:

1. Game Rules Primacy: Each individual game is governed by its own published rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game only.
2. Random Number Generation: All slot and virtual game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. mpo08 does not manipulate game outcomes.
3. Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game results are determined in real time by physical dealing or spinning procedures observed via live video stream. Results are final once the round is completed and confirmed on screen.
4. Sportsbook Bets: All sportsbook wagers are subject to the mpo08 Sportsbook Rules, published separately on the Platform. In-play bet settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for Champions League). Bets on cancelled or void events will be refunded at stake.
5. Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical fault, communication failure, or other system error affecting a game in progress, mpo08 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Player. No compensation beyond stake return will be offered for technical interruptions.
6. Prohibited Practices: The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from mpo08 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

mpo08 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Players from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours (for decreases, the change takes effect immediately).
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic in-session alerts at set time intervals to prompt review of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, the account cannot be accessed for wagering purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they can no longer manage their gambling activity responsibly may apply for a permanent self-exclusion. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months, and mpo08 will close the account and return any withdrawable balance to the Player.

All content on the mpo08 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of mpo08 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of mpo08.

mpo08 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data (name, date of birth, contact details, financial information) is collected for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• mpo08 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations and then securely deleted.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of their personal data, subject to mpo08's legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to support@mpo08.one.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo08 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

1. Gambling losses sustained through legitimate gameplay on the Platform.
2. Losses arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond mpo08's reasonable control.
3. Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature.
4. Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or bonus forfeiture.
5. Losses arising from third-party fraud, phishing attacks, or unauthorised account access where mpo08 has not been negligent in its own security measures.

mpo08 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against mpo08 by the Player.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or exploits.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Confirmed or suspected underage access.

Upon account closure, any withdrawable Real Money Balance will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to mpo08. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

Players may close their own Accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting mpo08 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days, and any withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, as applied in the jurisdiction in which mpo08 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek resolution first through mpo08's internal complaints procedure, then through the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism if the internal process does not produce a satisfactory outcome within 30 days.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Indonesian law. mpo08 respects and does not seek to contract out of any non-excludable consumer protections.

mpo08 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on their Account at least seven days before the change takes effect, or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
